At Vilvam Naturals, we strive to deliver our products on time and in the best condition. Please read our shipping and refund guidelines carefully before placing an order.
Return Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
You are NOT eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- Shipment was returned due to incorrect address or non-availability of the customer/buyer.
Note: Customers can pick up the package from our office within 7 days from the date of order. Claims made after 7 days will not be entertained. - Incorrect variety or quantity placed by the customer and the product has already been shipped.
- Customer refused to accept delivery for reasons other than product damage.
- Quality issues reported after 3 days of delivery.
- More than 10% of the Oils or Ghee has been consumed and a refund is being claimed.
Address & Delivery Issues
We do not take responsibility if:
- The delivery address or contact number provided is incorrect or insufficient.
- The addressee is not present at the given address at the time of delivery attempt.
If a package is returned to us because the address/contact number is incorrect or outdated, we will consider the order status as closed. Refund will be provided after deducting:
- Shipping charges (both ways)
- Payment gateway charges
