At Vilvam Naturals, customer satisfaction is our priority. You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

Eligibility for Refund

  • Product is lost during shipping (if sent by courier).
  • Product is not delivered even after 2 working days from the actual delivery date.
  • Product is out of stock, cannot be delivered, or shipped due to any other reasons.
  • Product is damaged when you receive the parcel.
  • You have received an incorrect variety or quantity.
  • Not satisfied with the quality of Oils and Ghee – Return with a minimum of 90% unused product within 3 days.
    Note: No refund is applicable for Nuts and Spices unless they are damaged when you receive the parcel.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or the original method of payment).

No refund is applicable for packs larger than 1 Litre/Kilogram for reasons other than:

  • Damaged container
  • Quality issues reported within 24 hours of delivery

If you have any other reasons to ask for a refund, please call us. We will be happy to clarify. Just making money is not our intention; we wish to keep you happy & delighted!

Delivery in Bangalore

For addresses located in Bangalore, products are sent via Pickup-Drop services. Our representative will call before leaving from our store.

If the addressee is not present at the given address at the time of delivery attempt, or refuses to accept the order, we will consider the order status as closed.

Refund will be provided after deducting:

  • Shipping charges (both ways)
  • Payment gateway charges
